Hey Sistas, this weeks Q and A is with health and fitness expert, author and TV star and trainer on the television show “The Biggest Loser”, Michelle Bridges! Michelle motivates and inspires people around the world to improve their health and level of fitness through her 12 Week Body Transformation program.

In April this year, Mish also took ‘working it’ to a new level in New York when she broke a Guinness World Record for hosting the biggest exercise ball class – ever! She has also smashed the existing Guinness World Record for the most people participating in circuit training at a single venue in Melbourne!

 What’s your greatest regret?    My ski trip 2 weeks ago

 How do you deal with naysayers?    I remind them to continue to be perfect

 What has been a life changing moment for you?    The Biggest Loser (TV show)

 What talent would you most like to have?    To be able to sing!

 What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given and by whom?    Who can I be to my friends, family and community from my Nanna

What’s the worst job you have ever had?    Being a baker I lasted around 4 days!

What trait do you really value in your friends?    Honesty

What has been the biggest lesson you have learnt (in life or in business)?    Hold off, obtain all the facts and sleep on it!!
