Nerida Bint is one amazing soul sista who knows how to turn lemons into lemonade. Growing up with deaf parents, Nerida suffered terrible bullying in the schoolyard as a child. In her late 20s, at 20kgs over her ideal weight, she was rejected from a local gym for being ‘too big’. Now Nerida is the founder/owner of Lissome – Australia’s largest women only gym. Nerida shares her inspirational story of resilience and tenacity and what you can achieve when you refuse to be a victim, but instead rise and bring along others for the ride!
