Love vs Fear: How to let love rule your life and control your fear

Elizabeth Kubler-Ross said people are only capable of two emotions – love and fear. All positive emotions come from love and all negative emotions from fear. From love flows happiness, contentment, peace and joy. From fear comes anger, hate, anxiety and guilt. They are opposites. If we are in fear, we are not in a place of love. When we are in love, then we are not in a place of fear.
